Refund Policy

At Kideu, we want you to shop with confidence, which is why we offer a simple and fair refund policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 7–14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain baby products such as undergarments, feeding accessories, and personalized items may not be eligible for return or refund. We recommend reviewing product descriptions carefully before purchasing, and our customer support team is always available to answer your questions in advance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, and the credited amount will be returned to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

At Kideu, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a defective or wrong product, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the item.
